1. How long does shipping take?
We process all orders within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 8–11 business days. In total, you can expect your order to arrive within roughly 9–13 business days from the date of purchase.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — all orders qualify for free shipping.
3. Can I return or exchange an item?

4. Who is responsible for return shipping costs?
Customers cover the cost of return shipping unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we take care of the return shipping fee.
5. How do I start a return?

6. How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The amount will be sent back to your original payment method.
